有点疑惑，这是不是指的一海一地？我知道有 land surface skin temperature 不晓得surface skin temperature是不是指的这个...

另外 sea surface temperature 是 1mm-20m 深度的海水温度，又难不成 surface skin temperature 是 0-1mm的海面温度~？

1个是表层温度，1个是表面海温2个不同概念。

不清楚的，就知道海气界面1mm都分了6种方法，而skin是针对卫星光学的。

本来想查查NCEP为什么surface sea temperature用surface skin temperature 的说明，不过还没查，多多指教。
