[color=#ff0000][b]世纪气象论坛的“气象苗圃”版块，是世纪气象着力建设的主力版块之一。其前身，为类似于提问解疑专区的“气象百科”版中分栏“疑问互助”；在版块改革时，该分栏从百科版中分立出来，并归于作为引导气象爱好新手进步的试验专区——苗圃版，成为苗圃版的重要组成部分。本版由管理员团队直辖管理，足见其重要性。
本版中的优秀帖子，大部分是属于“疑问互助”分栏的。在新进的初级气象爱好者（新手）和入门甚至更高水准的中、高级气象爱好者（老鸟）之间的问答之中，一些基本的但又是不可或缺的气候、气象基础知识得到普及，使得论坛能够向“普及气象灾害防御意识，提高气候变化应对能力”的目标前进。
